Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all paid plans, add-ons, and digital services offered on Photobee.ai.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not reverse charges already billed for the active period.

After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated credits are issued for unused days in the current cycle.

If custom setup, event activation, processing, storage provisioning, or other service work has started, that work is treated as consumed and cannot be canceled retroactively.

Any trial, promotional, or discounted offer may end automatically unless upgraded by you. Canceling such offers does not create any refund entitlement.
